Save Siesta Key‘s (SSK) next meeting is July 22 beginning at 7 pm in the Siesta Key Chapel on Gleason Avenue.  Marsha Segal-George, former town manager, and  John Gucciardo, former deputy town manager, of Fort Myers Beach will discuss “government lite.”

SSK currently has 500 of the needed 2000 signed petitions to get incorporation up for a vote. Petitions are available for residents, business owners, and non-resident property owners.  Find all 3 petitions on the SSK web page, www.savesiestakey.org/petition.  After signing a petition, it can be mailed or dropped off at either Davidson’s Drugs locations.

Additionally, 20 neighborhood ambassadors have signed up.  More are needed, especially those who can help get the word out to condo owners.
