According to the Sarasota County Parks, Recreation and Natural Resources website, the County is updating the existing pickleball and tennis court area at Siesta Beach, and you can help by providing your input!

The improvement project will include:

• Repair to the northwest corner of the courts.
• Relocation of the west two-pole shelter to outside the court fencing.
• Resurfacing of all courts.
• Striping of six dedicated pickleball courts.
• Striping of two dedicated tennis courts.
• Installation of 5′ fence between rows of pickleball courts.
• Installation of 5′ fence between tennis courts and pickleball courts with centered access gate.
• Installation of access gates along the south side of the perimeter fence between the center and east pickleball courts and the two tennis courts.
