Judge allows County to amend response to Ramirez complaint

On Monday, April 25, 12th Judicial Circuit Court judge Stephen Walker will allow developers to offer arguments as to why the trial for the complaint filed by Siesta Key resident Lourdes Ramirez regarding an approved hotel on Siesta Key should be moved ahead of its March 2023 date.

The hearing will be held via Zoom beginning at 11:30 am.
